Sales Manager

A company is looking for a Sales Manager to manage customer relationships and drive revenue growth in the 911 division. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned carrier customer accounts, building strong relationships Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling of 911 solutions Manage annual contract renewals and develop account strategies to align customer goals with company offerings Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles, preferably in technology or telecommunications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Proven ability to manage complex customer accounts and drive revenue growth Experience managing contract renewals and negotiating terms with enterprise or government clients Knowledge of 911 systems or public safety technology is a plus
