We support the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC), third-party administrators, Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), and employers. We are currently looking for dedicated and board-certified MDs or DOs in Occupational Medicine, Physical Medicine & Rehab, or Orthopedics, as well as licensed Psychologists and Psychiatrists to join our esteemed team as Independent Medical Evaluators. Job Description : As an IME Specialist, you will play a critical role in conducting comprehensive medical assessments, evaluating for permanent partial impairment, and providing objective opinions through narrative reports that assist in claims adjudication and case management processes. We provide training, but your experience or willingness to learn is essential. You may travel within Ohio, and candidates already listed on the BWC's Disability Evaluators Panel are especially encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough medical evaluations and assessments following Ohio BWC guidelines and regulations.
• Perform Permanent Partial Impairment Ratings accurately using the 5th Edition AMA Guidelines.
• Document findings and provide clear, concise reports within established timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service to our clients.
• Maintain compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
