Key Responsibilities

Design and build the operational infrastructure to deliver high-quality, efficient care at a national scale

Integrate clinical, coaching, and nutrition operations into a cohesive patient experience

Develop strategies for recruiting, training, and managing clinical and coaching teams

Required Qualifications

10+ years of senior operations leadership experience in tech-enabled healthcare services

Experience managing multi-faceted operations including clinical teams and logistics

Strong understanding of process design and workflow optimization

Experience in an early-stage, venture-backed startup environment

A data-driven approach to decision-making using metrics and KPIs
