In this position...

Ford Pro is an exciting and growth-oriented business which aims to serve fleet (government, commercial, rental) customers by offering them best in class vehicles and service to maximize their uptime and reduce costs. Our Ford Pro FP&A team supports the Ford Pro CFO and Corporate Finance through Forecast / Earnings / Business Plan profit consolidation and analysis, including serving as a liaison with key Skill Team counterparts on factors impacting the business. This finance lead position is a fast paced, challenging, and high visibility role which includes opportunities for meaningful analysis, presentation, and network building.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a closely related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, demonstrating a comprehensive "full-scope" financial background rather than solely project-specific work.
  • Proven track record and hands-on experience in the following areas : Developing and managing budgets. Engaging in business planning processes. Conducting financial forecasting, including operational finance and profit analysis forecasting. Performing financial consolidation. Designing and developing robust financial reports.
  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and keen business acumen.
  • Demonstrated strong critical thinking abilities and a proactive, self-starter mentality.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous "white space" environments and lead financial projects from initiation to successful closure.
  • Outstanding oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with a strong team orientation.
  • A high degree of inquisitiveness to learn new information, balanced with professional skepticism.
  • Proven ability to simultaneously balance and prioritize multiple and diverse assignments effectively.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally to collect, validate, and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  • Even better, you may have...

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate finance
  • A continuous improvement mentality, with a history of identifying and implementing process enhancements.
  • Very strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex financial modeling and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating clear and impactful financial presentations.
  • Experience with financial consolidation systems such as SAP, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), or IMPRS.
