Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our Telemarketing Team as a full-time Telemarketer / Appointment Setter. Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to clients, setting appointments and generating interest in our services.

Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients, office staff, and department members.

Navigate negotiation and effectively address client concerns or complaints.

Demonstrate reliability by arriving on time and being prepared to work Sunday through Thursday.

Consistently uphold office etiquette and contribute positively as a team player.

Skills and Abilities

Computer Proficiency : Must be skilled in using computers and able to type 30+ words per minute while conversing on the phone.

Communication : Strong verbal skills and confidence when speaking with clients.

Organization & Time Management : Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Teamwork : Collaborative attitude and willingness to support fellow team members.

Drive & Coachability : Eagerness to learn, adapt, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.

Professionalism : Positive attitude, punctuality, and exceptional attendance — no absences for the first 30 days.

Requirements

Proficient in English.

Some relevant experience preferred (e.g., receptionist, cold calling, phone sales).

Typing speed of 30+ wpm; comfortable multitasking during calls.

High school diploma or higher education preferred.

Reliable transportation to the work location.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Rate : $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (rate discussed during interview)

Expected Hours : Full-time, 40 hours per week

Commission / Bonus : Opportunities for commission and bonus pays
