Project Manager

CoverageX is a growing leader in the Vehicle Service Contracts industry. We help drivers protect themselves from unexpected vehicle repair costs with reliable coverage and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Headquartered in Clearwater, Florida, we serve drivers and homeowners nationwide through a 550-person team spanning policy sales, customer service, and claims.

We’re looking for a Project Manager that can lead cross functional teams and keep complex technical projects moving. You’ll be working closely with our PHP, iOS, Android, DevOps, and database teams to make sure tasks are clearly defined, priorities are aligned, and everyone has what they need to stay on track.

Responsibilities :

• Own the full project lifecycle - Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects
• Translate business goals and product requirements into actionable tasks (PHP, iOS, Android, DBA, DevOps)
• Drive sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and task prioritization
• Track milestones and deadlines using Scrum methodologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product and technical requirements
• Monitor progress and identify project risks and bottlenecks
• Manage deployments and QA cycles for iOS, Android, and Web platforms
