Position Overview :
As a Business Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new commercial landscape maintenance contracts across the South Bay region. This is a high-impact sales role for someone with a proven track record in service-based sales who thrives on building relationships and exceeding growth goals.
Compensation & Benefits :
- OTE (On Target Earnings) : $125k – $150k

Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation : Proactively source new business via cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry eventsClient Engagement : Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to design tailored solutionsProposal Development : Create and deliver compelling proposals that showcase services and valueRelationship Building : Build long-term relationships with property managers, HOAs, commercial property owners, and decision-makersSales Execution : Negotiate contracts, close deals, and exceed monthly and annual sales targetsMarket Knowledge : Stay informed on industry trends and competitors in the South Bay to stay ahead of the curveCollaboration : Work closely with operations and account management to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfactionQualifications :
Proven Sales Success : 3+ years B2B sales experience with a strong record of meeting / exceeding targets (service industry preferred)Hunter Mentality : Skilled prospector with relentless drive and competitive spiritStrong Communication : Excellent verbal / written communication and negotiation skillsRelationship Builder : Ability to connect with diverse stakeholders across property management and commercial sectorsLocal Knowledge (preferred) : Familiarity with the South Bay market, especially San Jose, Gilroy, Santa Cruz, Salinas, and MontereyWhat We’re Looking For :
