Snow Removal Contractor (Independent Contractor)

As an independent contractor, youll receive consistent assignments at commercial properties, allowing you to focus on what you do bestkeeping sites safe and clear during winter weather events.Responsibilities    Perform timely and efficient snow plowing for assigned commercial properties.    Apply salt and de-icing products (if equipped with salter).    Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly when dispatched.    Maintain equipment in safe, working condition.    Follow property-specific service requirements and safety standards.    Communicate with dispatch regarding job status and completion.Requirements    Must provide own truck with plow (and salter if available).    Proven experience in snow plowing and / or ice management.    Reliable, punctual, and able to respond during winter weather events (including nights, weekends, and holidays).    Valid drivers license and insurance.    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.What We Offer    Guaranteed commercial properties to service (no need to bid or seek out work).    Billing and client management handled by our teamyou just get paid.    Flexible schedule based on snow events.    Opportunity to expand into more properties as availability allows.
