About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care in accordance with departmental standards. Collaborating with healthcare providers, you will ensure comprehensive care delivery while embodying our organization’s values.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions during admissions and shift changes, reporting any changes promptly.Perform procedures as ordered, documenting care accurately in patients' medical records.Administer medications and monitor patients for various responses, responding promptly to any issues.Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up procedures, ensuring clarity in communication.Qualifications :
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.Current Registered Nurse license.Registered Nurse Diploma.Our hospital has a long-standing tradition of excellence, recognized with the Gold Seal of Approval by The Joint Commission.
