A company is looking for a Member Services Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and resolve incoming calls from members, providers, and other constituents
Issue authorizations and handle claim inquiries while providing accurate benefits information
Process customer claims and fulfill requests for ID cards and other customer service inquiries
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent; business-related college courses preferred
Two years of customer service or call center experience
Two years of experience in the health care industry or insurance environment preferred
Strong computer and technical skills for data entry
