Estimator Responsibilities
Prepare detailed budget estimates for labor, materials, and total project costs
Apply conceptual estimating and value engineering strategies to propose effective solutions
Write, present, and clearly communicate budgets, reports, and project plans
Develop and manage estimates for multiple ongoing projects
Collaborate with clients, owners, field teams, and design partners while still being able to work independently
Estimator Qualifications
1+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is strongly preferred
Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to organize and interpret data efficiently
A team-oriented mindset with the willingness to problem-solve and support others
