A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to generate a high-quality sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities Identify, engage, and qualify enterprise prospects through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up Leverage AI tools and buyer intent data to personalize outreach and enhance conversion rates Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless buyer experience and optimize prospecting efforts Required Qualifications At least 1 year of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in a high-growth environment Experience using multiple channels for prospecting (email, LinkedIn, dialing) Curiosity and a data-driven mindset focused on continuous improvement Ability to thrive in a startup environment with a fast-paced and ambiguous nature Familiarity with intent-based tools, AI technologies, and CRM systems is a plus
