About This Role

The Director, Technical Operations will focus on Magnite's DV+ platform and play a lead role in ensuring clients using our technology are achieving their optimal results. This involves developing a comprehensive understanding of how best to interface with our platform and partner technologies in order to achieve optimal outcomes on behalf of our clients. Technical troubleshooting is a key responsibility and delving into the setups and data requires relevant prior experience.

In This Role You Will :

• Provide technical support for clients using DV+ technology
• Own the integration and success of clients on DV+
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues in clients' setups
• Proactively track key metrics indicating client and business success
• Thoroughly understand each client type (publisher, DSP, buyer, curator, etc.) and their unique business objectives
• Architect solutions with clients to achieve their optimal setup on DV+
• Analyze large datasets to identify issues and uncover opportunities
• Lead responsive communication to client questions

In New York, the base salary range for this position is : $165,000 - $170,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ : MGNI).

In Massachusetts, the base salary range for this position is : $165,000 - $170,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ : MGNI).

In Colorado, the base salary range for this position is : $150,000 - $155,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ : MGNI).
