Compensation Range : $170.00 / hr – $195.00 / hr W2
Role Overview :
Join the client team to lead creative strategy and execution for high-impact performance marketing campaigns. You'll balance brand identity with data-driven insights to deliver top-performing visual assets across all paid media platforms.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
Lead ideation and execution of paid media campaigns (YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Develop static and motion assets optimized for platform performance
Collaborate with growth and brand teams for cohesive messaging
Art direct motion / video assets; storyboard creative concepts
Conduct A / B tests and optimize creatives using data insights
Manage projects end-to-end, juggling multiple campaigns
Must-Haves :
5–7 years in performance marketing or growth creative leadership
Strong portfolio with high-performing, platform-optimized creatives
Expertise in YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn ad requirements
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma
Strategic thinker with storytelling and concepting experience
Data-driven approach and testing experience
Excellent communication and project management skills
Nice-to-Haves :
Background in B2B tech or SaaS marketing
Familiarity with AI / ML terminology
CRO and user acquisition expertise
Experience building scalable creative systems
Startup or tech company experience
Passion for AI and its impact on society
