We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our team in a hybrid capacity. This role is responsible for managing the entire recruitment processfrom sourcing top-tier talent to negotiating offerswith a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting for engineering and technical roles across multiple sites and managing a high volume of requisitions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the full recruitment life cycle : sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, presenting, and negotiating offers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, ensure quality hires, and meet hiring timelines.
• Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Educate candidates on company values, mission, and role expectations.
• Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate feedback loops.
• Manage 2025+ requisitions simultaneously across multiple locations.
