Responsibilities :

• Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests in a paperless AP system.
• Verify coding, approvals, and budget allocations.
• Manage corporate credit card reconciliations and employee expense reports.
• Assist in month-end accruals and general ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain vendor database and ensure compliance with 1099 reporting.
• Support external audits and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with procurement and lab teams for PO discrepancies.
