Cashier / Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Cashier / Sales Associate to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service while efficiently handling transactions and maintaining a well-organized store environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.

Duties :

• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product selection, and resolving issues.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities and promote store products.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and sales floor.
• Assist in stocking shelves, merchandising products, and ensuring inventory is well-displayed.
• Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support during shifts.
• Utilize basic math skills for cash handling, including making change and balancing cash drawers.
• Exhibit strong phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries via phone.

Job Type : Part-time 8am- 2pm & 2pm-8pm Pay rate $10 -$11 per hour.
