Seasonal Freight Coordinator (Part-Time)

Summary

The Freight Coordinator positions primary responsibility is to fulfill our mission statement to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests. Additionally the Freight Coordinator performs a variety of operational tasks assigned by store management (e.g. receiving and unpacking of daily shipments shipping merchandise backroom maintenance and routine cleaning of facilities).

Compensation & Benefits :

Pay range : $16.50-$18 / hr

The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors including skill set experience location qualifications and other job-related reasons.

For sales positions Buckle pays a base rate plus commission on sales. The range listed is the estimated base rate plus commission for Teammates in this position.

Time Off Vacation is earned on a progressive schedule based on your role and years of service starting at 80 hours or 120 hours depending on employment status and prorated for the first partial year. Teammates earn 40 hours of sick time per year prorated for the first partial year; up to 40 hours of sick time may be carried over from one year to another. Sales Generation and Guest Service

• Compare and verify merchandise invoices to items received to ensure that shipments are correct
• Send any alterations layaways or special orders to Guests via FedEx
• Check accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips
• Double-check that all transfers have been processed through the register and that items match what you are shipping out
• When shipping items to Guests and other stores must fold items and place in appropriate sized box for proper presentation of product when unpacked
