JOB DESCRIPTION

Individuals who are inspired by hands-on experimentation and basic science, i.e., Procedural work. Onboards to P&G systems and performs the basic and critical experimental work of day-to-day applied research.

• Work is predominantly execution / procedural oriented, e.g., in a lab, in a plant or pilot plant (internal or external), at a clinical site, with consumers, and / or on a computer.
• Assembles of samples / prototypes, runs lab test routines, creates and updates specs based on standard information, executes changes of simple technical solutions.
• Possesses basic understanding of small and large scale, qualitative and quantitative consumer tests as well as standard technical tests following SOPs.
• Submits products for analytical testing.
• Utilizes P&G Systems : SMART, Desktop Reporter, and GAIMS.
• Support the product team to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
• Conduct customer and market research and document findings analytically.
