Pay / Salary : $14.50 per hour.
Hours of Work : 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm Monday - Friday.
Job Description / Responsibilities / Essential Functions :
- Interact with customers via phone to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
- Take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made on customer accounts with problems are resolved.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as , refunding money or adjusting bills.
- Complete contract forms, complaint forms, change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using computers.
- Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.
