Job Description : As a caregiver at Attend Home Care, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being and comfort of our clients. Your responsibilities will include :

• Personal Care : Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, oral hygiene, and medication reminders.
• Mobility Assistance : Support clients with walking, transferring, and repositioning to ensure safety and comfort.
• Incontinence Care : Help clients with toileting needs, including using a bedpan, urinal, or assisting with bathroom trips.
• Meal Assistance : Aid with meal planning, grocery shopping, and preparing meals according to client dietary requirements.
• Household Support : Assist with light housekeeping, including laundry, bed linens, and maintaining a clean environment.
• Transportation : Provide transportation to appointments and errands as outlined in the clients care plan.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of care services provided and client progress, reporting any changes to your supervisor.
• Safety & Environment : Monitor the environment for safety hazards and take immediate action to address potential risks.
• Social Interaction : Provide emotional support through respectful communication, offering companionship to clients.
• Confidentiality : Uphold the highest standards of client privacy and confidentiality.
• Team Collaboration : Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure quality care delivery.
• Training & Development : Participate in ongoing training to enhance caregiving skills and remain compliant with regulatory requirements.
