About the Role :

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll serve as the face of American Mattress in one of our local showrooms. You’ll work one-on-one with customers to help them find the perfect sleep solution, while earning competitive pay through base compensation, commission, and performance bonuses. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service with a personal touch.
• Learn about our mattress products and help customers find the right fit.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom that reflects our brand standards.
• Handle basic operational tasks including inventory, point-of-sale, and opening / closing duties.
• Stay up to date on promotions, new products, and customer needs.
• Take ownership of your store’s daily performance and customer satisfaction.
