About the Role : As a Fleet Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day aspects of our vehicle fleet. Your responsibilities include optimizing fleet operations, managing expenses, controlling costs, and ensuring seamless operational execution.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Leadership : Act as the primary link between Transportation Coordinators and Senior Management, ensuring effective communication and support.
  • Fleet Compliance & Safety : Maintain compliance with safety regulations, manage certifications, and oversee insurance matters.
  • Operational Excellence : Lead daily fleet operations, focusing on efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Cost Management : Monitor expenditures and devise strategies for cost reduction without compromising service quality.
  • Vendor Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with external service providers.
  • Team Development : Mentor and develop team members to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Fleet Manager or similar role managing fleet operations.
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities and strong decision-making aptitude.
  • Experience with fleet management software, logistics tools, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
