Job Description

Supports the management of a Product Program(s), in coordination with the Product Manager and / or Therapeutic Category Manager, including but not limited to : Product specific requirements (such as referral management, data collection / reporting, rendering, services as contracted, etc.), network training and compliance (where applicable), internal / external communications, and Product operations and execution. Will work collaboratively with other Option Care Health functional areas as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Supports and performs ongoing operational management of a Product Program(s) across the Option Care Health network, in coordination with key stakeholders such as Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Revenue Cycle, and Clinical Services.
• Ensures compliance with Service / Distribution Agreement including but not limited to referral management, performance of contracted services (where applicable), data collection, data reporting and service fee (where applicable) processing.
• Accountable to Key Performance Indicators (KPI) based on assigned Product Program(s).
• Supports network training and compliance.

Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below :

Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Pay Range is $70,218.51-$117,008.35
