Were looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians to join a fast-paced production team. These positions focus on supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining automated production and packaging equipment including robotics, PLCs, and high-speed systems to keep operations running efficiently. Ideal candidates will have both mechanical and electrical maintenance experience and a strong background in automation or robotics troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and robotic systems.
- Diagnose root causes of downtime and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Work with PLCs, sensors, and control systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.).
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Perform setups, changeovers, and equipment calibrations as needed.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve reliability and uptime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and update work orders in the CMMS.
- Support building maintenance as needed (lighting, plumbing, basic facility repairs).
- Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures and participate in safety programs.
Requirements
3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.Hands-on experience with automation, robotics, and PLC-controlled systems preferred.Familiar with AC / DC, single and three-phase power, sensors, and drives.Basic understanding of GMP or food manufacturing environments a plus.Ability to work independently under time constraints and prioritize tasks effectively.Offered
