Our client is currently seeking a Assistant Patient Coordinator

This position requires you to go onsite to Shrewsbury, MA - MUST be able to make this commuteHours :  Tues-Fri 10a-7p, Sat 10a-3p

Assistant Patient Coordinator

Responsibilities :

  • Educate patients and potential patients on our services, creating highly customized treatment plans to help them look, feel, and be their best.
  • Sell the value of our services during consultations and treatments.
  • Follow up with previous patients to cultivate ongoing relationships and renew their interest in partnering with the company.
  • Create partnerships in the community and cultivate lasting relationships with patients.
  • Support and participate in outbound marketing activities to develop synergistic partnerships with local complementary businesses.
  • Partner with the Patient Coordinator to manage and oversee daily clinic operations, including accounting, scheduling, sales, marketing, client retention, inventory management, and patient check-in / out.
  • Create a strong clinic culture and motivate others for optimal performance.
  • Greet patients in a friendly manner, answer incoming calls, handle patient scheduling, and manage pre- and post-visit communication.
  • Process patient charts to ensure highly developed treatment plans, adjust as necessary, and ensure payments are made for services.
  • Evaluate guests’ suitability for laser, aesthetic, and other non-surgical cosmetic services.
  • Follow proper protocols for lasers and aesthetic devices, maintaining consistent adherence to established patient care standards, and act as a liaison to the medical director.
  • Perform services including IPL / Photofacials, Fractional Laser Treatments, DiamondGlow Facials, Laser Hair Removal, EMSCULPT NEO + CoolSculpting Treatments, Venus Legacy, and PICO Genesis Tattoo Removal.
  • Be knowledgeable in treatment protocols and all services offered, plus retail product lines (SkinCeuticals, SkinMedica, Obagi, NeoCutis).

Requirements :

  • Must be a licensed esthetician with management experience.
