Summary :
The Project Consultant supports the design and execution of the classification and compensation study by conducting job analyses, interviews, and developing classification specifications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct job analysis interviews and desk audits.
- Review and revise classification specifications and job descriptions.
- Analyze internal job hierarchies and recommend classification structures.
- Assist in developing compensation strategies and salary ranges.
- Participate in focus groups and stakeholder meetings.
- Support the development of implementation plans and training materials.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.5+ years of experience in classification and compensation studies.Strong analytical and writing skills.Knowledge of public sector HR practices and FLSA regulations.
