Job Summary We are seeking a Site Development Estimator to join our dynamic team.

In this key role, you will prepare accurate and competitive bids for earthwork, utilities, roadway, and infrastructure projects.

The Estimator analyzes plans, specifications, and geotechnical data; performs detailed quantity takeoffs; solicits and evaluates subcontractor and vendor pricing; and develops complete cost proposals that align with project scope, schedule, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities Review plans, specifications, and project documents to determine scope of work.

Perform detailed takeoffs and develop accurate cost estimates for earthwork, utilities, and site development projects.

Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure complete coverage and competitive pricing.

Identify value-engineering opportunities and recommend cost-effective solutions.

Prepare bid packages, proposals, and supporting documentation for management review.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field operations to ensure a smooth handoff from bid to construction.

Track market trends, labor rates, and material costs to maintain current and competitive pricing.

Qualifications 3+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil / site development construction (Florida experience preferred).

Proficiency in HCSS / HeavyBid, AGTEK, or similar estimating software.

Strong knowledge of earthwork, utilities, and local permitting requirements.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
