Head of Design

A company is looking for a Head of Design to lead its Design and User Research organization.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the design vision and strategy for renter and partner experiences

Elevate design craft quality and oversee the evolution of the Design System

Build and lead a high-performing team of designers and researchers

Required Qualifications

8+ years of leadership experience in design teams, including managing managers

15+ years of experience in shipping high-quality products

Strong interaction design skills with the ability to translate concepts into valuable designs

Preferred Bachelor's degree, with a bonus for degrees in HCI

Business-minded with an understanding of balancing user and business needs
