About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a key strategic partner to the Co-Executive Directors. This role is pivotal in the operational and strategic execution of the organization's mission, with a focus on program development, fundraising, and expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring programmatic excellence, leading the OKR process, and fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in leadership and management, cross-team alignment, and project management, and will act as a representative of the Co-EDs in high-level meetings.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years' of senior management experience, a proven track record in leading and scaling organizations, and a strong background in program evaluation and management.
