Primary Duties

  • Conceptualizes, designs, and produces omnichannel digital materials including emails, landing pages, app journeys, and social content.
  • Develops innovative concepts and approaches to the design of digital, print, and video marketing materials. Drives new approaches to design challenges.
  • Ensures all materials fit within the requirements of the creative brief, including brand positioning, design system, look & feel, and meet the goal of clear communication hierarchy, always keeping the customer at the center of their design work.
  • Creates compelling storytelling moments for social media and video assets.
  • Troubleshoots and provides innovative solutions to design and production issues to ensure high-quality pieces.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree or related graphics arts degree with a strong design portfolio.
  • 3+ years of graphic design experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) in a MAC environment.
  • Experience with Canva and Adobe Acrobat preferred.
  • Motion Graphics experience in After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
