Performs secretarial and administrative support duties in accordance with established procedures, instructions, and work routines. Performs data input, extraction, analysis, and development in support of departmental functions. Reports to the Department Manager. Maintains internal contact with all NASSCO departments, and executive management and external contact with NASSCO Suppliers and Customers.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work primarily conducted in an office setting with good lighting. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus. Regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, operate computer keyboard and controls, and communicate verbally and in writing. Must be physically able to commute to buildings throughout the shipyard. Occasional exposure to dust, fumes and moderate levels of noise.
ACCOUNTABILITY AND COMPENSATION
Responsible for providing accurate and efficient administrative and data control as assigned. Results are related to the quality and timeliness of achieving project goals and ability to develop, implement, and / or adhere to processes that maximize productiveness and throughput. The pay range for this role is $49,100 $67,200, and General Dynamics NASSCO also provides a variety of benefits including medical & dental insurance coverage, 401(k) retirement savings plan, flexible spending accounts / HSAs, life and disability insurance, company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO), wellness coaching, and an onsite health services.
