Service Dispatcher

A company is looking for a Service Dispatcher / Service Fusion Administrator. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary dispatcher for medical imaging equipment service requests across multiple time zones Administer and manage workflows within Service Fusion to support service operations Monitor service performance metrics and provide data analysis and reporting to leadership Required Qualifications Prior experience in medical imaging, healthcare service operations, or a related field required Proficiency with Service Fusion required Strong analytical skills with experience in data tracking, reporting, and performance analysis Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a distributed team Flexibility to work across multiple time zones to support nationwide operations
