Dental Front Office / Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking a friendly and skilled Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a vital role in coordinating patient care and treatment plans within our office.

Duties :

• Welcome each patient into the office with a smile.
• Collaborate with providers to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Schedule appointments and follow-ups for patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and post-care instructions.
• Assist in managing the flow of patients within the office and scheduling.
• Phone skills for recalls and treatment plan review.
• Experience with Eaglesoft.
• DentalIntel.
