Job Title :  Phlebotomist III - Floater

Location :  11055 Little Patuxent Pkwy #L, Columbia MD 21044

Schedule :  Monday - Friday 6 : 30am - 5 : 30pm, Rotational Saturdays varies between the hours of 7 : 00am - 1 : 00pm

Pay Rate :  Starting at $19.85 (Based on experience) + Full Benefits

As a Patient Services Representative III (PSR III), you will be responsible for collecting and preparing blood specimens for lab testing while maintaining a professional, patient-focused environment. You will interact directly with patients, helping them feel comfortable and informed during each visit.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform skilled venipuncture, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Travel to multiple locations to provide coverage in PSCs, doctor's offices, and IOP sites.
• Verify patient information, label specimens accurately, and maintain documentation.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment.
• Mentor new team members and uphold company policies and leadership behaviors.
