Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM
Pay Rate : $20 $21 per hour (based on experience)
Position Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team at a well-established and growing kidney clinic in Oklahoma City. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting physicians and ensuring high-quality patient care in a professional and compassionate environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Rooming patients and collecting vitals
- Preparing patients for exams and procedures
- Administering injections and assisting with lab draws as needed
- Documenting medical histories, medications, and vital signs in EPIC
- Coordinating referrals, authorizations, and follow-up appointments
- Maintaining exam rooms, stocking supplies, and ensuring cleanliness
- Supporting front office tasks as needed, including scheduling and patient check-in / out
Qualifications :
EPIC experience is requiredCertified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred (not required)Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience is a plusStrong communication and organizational skillsPassion for delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative settingWhy Join Us?

Interview patients to obtain medical information and measure their vital signs, weight, and height.Clean and sterilize instruments and dispose of contaminated supplies.Record patients' medical history, vital statistics, or information such as test results in medical records.Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, keeping the rooms neat and clean.Show patients to examination rooms and prepare them for the physician.Help physicians examine and treat patients, handing them instruments or materials or performing such tasks as giving injections or removing sutures.Perform general office duties, such as answering telephones, taking dictation, or completing insurance forms.
