Driven by innovation, game integrity, and exceptional customer experiences, we are on a mission to set new standards in online gaming. We are now looking for a Senior Data Analyst – Product to join our high-impact Analytics team. In this key role, you will help drive data-informed decisions that directly shape our gaming products, using a mix of deep analytical expertise, predictive modeling, and business intuition. Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead product analytics efforts focused on optimizing player acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization
  • Write complex SQL queries in Databricks to extract, clean, and analyze large-scale gaming data
  • Develop and maintain robust dbt models to deliver analysis-ready datasets
  • Build Python-based data pipelines and statistical models for advanced analytics
  • Develop predictive models for churn, LTV, and other key behavioral insights
  • Apply machine learning techniques for segmentation and personalization
  • Conduct time series forecasting and trend analysis to inform product decisions
  • Design and analyze A / B tests, applying sound statistical methods and hypothesis testing
  • Build intuitive dashboards that track and visualize core gaming KPIs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, product managers, and leadership to drive actionable insights
  • Communicate complex findings clearly and effectively through compelling storytelling and data visualizations

Experience :

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, with at least 2+ years in product or gaming analytics
  • Deep expertise in SQL, including advanced query building and optimization
  • Strong Python skills for data wrangling, visualization, and modeling
  • Solid experience with dbt for data modeling and transformation
  • Proficient in Databricks and Delta Lake for scalable data processing
  • Familiarity with core machine learning techniques such as classification, regression, clustering
  • Strong foundation in statistics, including hypothesis testing and experimental design
  • Proven ability to create dashboards that drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex data into clear business insights
  • Preferred Technologies (Nice to Have) :

  • Experience in igaming or gaming analytics
  • Hands-on knowledge of PySpark for distributed data processing
  • Familiarity with feature stores and automated feature engineering
  • Experience with Databricks SQL Warehouses and Notebooks
  • 200,000 - $250,000 a year
