Description : Are You Willing to Wait for A License : No Texas license must be in hand

National Certification APRN / PA : CPNP-AC PA-C

Would You Consider a New Grad : Yes for perm

Required Critical Care Experience : At Least 2-3 years

Training / Orientation : Yes

Facility Length of Credentialing : 45-90 Days

Schedule : 3x12's

Case Load : 1 : 5-8 days – night coverage staffing ratios will be higher

Patient Population : Neonate – 21 years

Certifications Required : BLS PALS

DEA : Yes CS II-V

Texas Medical Board Supervision / Delegation Agreement : Yes

Vaccination Requirement : Yes

Any religious exemptions? Yes

EMR : EPIC

Shift Info : Day 3x12-Hour 07 : 00 - 19 : 00
