Job Title : Staff Nurse (LPN / RN)

Location : Wichita, KS

Full-Time

Heartland Dermatology is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our patient-focused clinical team. In this role, you’ll work directly with our providers to deliver high-quality, efficient, and personalized care to patients across a variety of dermatologic services.

As a Staff Nurse, you’ll not only assist with exams, procedures, and treatments—you’ll also serve as a mentor to other clinical staff, helping to foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and excellence. Key Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care and support through exams, education, and follow-up

Assist with dermatologic procedures, surgeries, biopsies, and phototherapy

Lead by example and support training and development of Medical Assistants and new team members

Manage patient communication, including medication refills, pathology results, and triage calls

Ensure proper documentation, medication administration, and adherence to clinical protocols

Promote a positive, respectful environment aligned with our mission and values

What We’re Looking For :

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with active Kansas license

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Active CPR certification

Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient care

Willingness to learn dermatology-specific procedures and technologies
