Deep understanding of DoD and Air Force operations Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology integration or data management solutions. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify challenges, opportunities, and solutions to achieve client mission requirements. Skilled at articulating the importance of technical innovation and data governance to senior leaders to articulate business value and risk. Ability to maintain as US Government Secret security clearance. Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Common Access Card (CAC). Masters degree. Experience with transformational programs that span organizational and / or functional boundaries. Familiarity with implementing or leveraging data governance and management technologies. As a trusted partner and leader in providing energy and sustainability consulting services to the federal government, Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) understands the increasing complexity of achieving energy security and data management in a changing world. As part of the Energy, Resilience and Sustainability (ERS) Division, you will collaborate with experts to provide comprehensive policy, planning, and implementation services to deliver solutions that address critical infrastructure resilience and security, and data management issues and support the military mission, while reducing environmental impacts. We take our role seriously, as our efforts ensure our installations and assets are prepared in any operating environment, present and future.
CTC is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to drive the delivery of technology integration, data management and analytics solutions within our ERS Division. This collaborative role blends client-facing work, team leadership, and hands-on technical support. As Manager, candidates will work closely with senior clients to understand their challenges, and guide teams to deliver high-quality solutions, and ensure initiatives provide mission value.
Robust data strategies and technical innovation enables insights, drives automation, and helps CTC and our clients establish trusted, well-governed operations. This individual will oversee a portfolio of small, multi-disciplined teams across multiple contracts, balancing management of a strategic focus area with overall team performance. The successful candidate will foster a culture of innovation and excellence while ensuring solutions deliver mission and business value.
