This is an overnight, part-time position.
The hours will be from 7 pm on Saturday to 7 am on Sunday.
Responsibilities include technical, procedural, and problem-solving aspects.
Needs to be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Ability to multi-task with great attention to detail.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Performs comprehensive polysomnographic testing, analysis, and associated interventions related to sleep disorders.
- Gathers and analyzes patient information.
- Performs preparation procedures.
- Performs polysomnographic procedures.
- Performs polysomnographic recording scoring.
Qualifications
Completing an accredited educational program leads to an associate degree with an emphasis in polysomnography.Successful completion of a polysomnography program of no less than one year duration associated with a state-licensed and / or a nationally accredited educational facility or equivalent experience.Documented proficiency at all competencies required of a polysomnographic technologist or certification by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists.Education High school or equivalent Bachelor's degree preferred License / Certification Registered Sleep Technologist (Preferred) RPSGT (Preferred) Bethany Medical offers a full benefits package to include :
