Marquis Health Consulting Services provides administrative and consulting services to skilled nursing facilities and Senior Housing communities throughout the United States Eastern Seaboard. We pride ourselves on providing operational guidance to enable nursing facilities to overachieve their quality and operational goals. We are looking for a clinical leader to assist our Senior Living Facilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with managing urgent high-risk events
- Assist Nursing leadership in addressing regulatory issues
- Conduct survey preparation or other regulatory prep duties as requested
- Conduct group clinical training
- Assist with resources for training when new clinical complexities present for admission
- Participates in the education and implementation of new company initiatives, including new evidence-based practices
- Revise clinical systems as dictated by changes in regulations or standards of practice
- Supports development of the Quality Assessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) process
- Respond with urgency and communication when identified care issues are noted
- Regularly communicate with Team Members on matters related to compliance, patient liability, adverse events, and regulatory issues
Requirements :
Must hold and maintain a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of consultationMinimum three (3) years clinical leadership experience in a CCRC settingMulti-facility consultation or management experience preferredAbility to travel extensively and work on-site in numerous facilitiesThe ideal candidate for this role should have the following qualifications :
Understanding of clinical issues related to patient liability losses and risk managementStrong decision-making and analytical skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsWorking knowledge of computer technology and systems to include clinical software systemsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and guidanceGood working knowledge of the RAI processMust be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary informationMust have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with patients, families, and other employees.We offer many exciting benefits : $150K to $170K Salary Range
