PC System Test Analyst I

Farm Bureau Financial Services is looking for someone with an eye for detail, who has strong organization and time management skills. In this role, you will independently set up and execute acceptance testing for software changes and enhancements, which support our claims personal lines of business.

What You'll Do

• Respond to and resolve customer service requests according to FBL Financial Group policies in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner for external customers, departmental staff and other FBL personnel at all times.
• Incorporate system testing principles and methodologies and apply across different PC testing platforms; ensuring business requirements and specifications.
• Assist with the development of project test plans, test cases, and test scripts for varying lines of businesses.
• Assist with designing and coordinating system testing activities for a business line.
• Assist end-users as needed to perform User Authority Testing.
• Execute system testing, automated test scripts and update test case date.
• Identify, analyze, log, and retest defects found during test execution.
