Lead Construction Project Manager – Data Center Projects

My client is a nationally recognized data center owner / developer seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to lead large-scale, data center projects in Dallas, Texas.

With over 80+ sites across the US, this is a great opportunity for a technically strong and highly organized data center project leader to oversee the full lifecycle of data center delivery on a hyperscale campus with an industry leader

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent data center construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to design standards.
• Oversee RFP development, cost forecasting, change management, and reporting using platforms such as Procore, MS Project, and Excel.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, and consultants to maintain seamless project execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead value-engineering initiatives to drive schedule and cost efficiency across major greenfield and phased expansion projects.
• Partner with internal and external teams to ensure successful commissioning and turnover to operations.
