Nurse Aide Evaluator – Contract Role

Houston, TX & Surrounding Areas | Part-Time (30 hrs / week) | 6-Month Contract with Likely Extensions

Are you a licensed RN in Texas with a passion for supporting the next generation of healthcare professionals? We’re looking for a Nurse Aide Evaluator to join our team in a flexible, field-based role.

About the Role :

As a Nurse Aide Evaluator, you’ll be responsible for proctoring written exams and evaluating hands-on skills for candidates seeking Nurse Aide / CNA certification. You’ll work on-site at testing locations in Houston and surrounding areas (e.g., Texas City, Sugar Land, Wharton, Spring), with mileage and travel time reimbursed when applicable.

Key Responsibilities :

Proctor written exams and evaluate clinical skills for CNA candidates
Upload and record test results accurately in the system
Maintain a professional, neutral testing environment
Travel to various test sites as needed (travel expenses reimbursed)

Must-Have Qualifications :

Active RN license in the state of Texas

Minimum 2 years of professional RN experience

At least 1 year of long-term care (LTC) experience

Basic computer skills (Teams / Webex, data entry, web navigation)

Willingness to travel locally with a flexible schedule
