About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Valet Supervisor to oversee valet operations at our luxury high-rise condominium. This position ensures exceptional service standards, efficient workflow, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise valet team and daily operations.
• Train and mentor staff on safety and customer service protocols.
• Monitor parking areas and ensure proper vehicle handling.
• Handle resident and guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of tickets, fees, and staffing schedules.
