Business Analyst will focuses on understanding a project’s desired future state and translating it into clear, achievable steps that meet business goals. It requires the ability to quickly learn new systems, apply Agile methods, and break complex challenges into manageable tasks for the team. A key responsibility is ensuring all project members—technical, creative, and managerial—have a shared understanding of functional requirements, expectations, and solution designs. The position collaborates closely with UX / UI designers to align user experience with business needs and works with QA to develop testing strategies, identify test cases, and participate in regression testing.
The role also serves as a subject matter expert on the ecommerce platform, supporting both clients and internal teams. It includes creating comprehensive training materials for trainers and end users. The individual documents benefits, risks, and costs of solution options and ensures technical and business designs match detailed requirements. They proactively manage requirement changes through structured change-management processes and identify risks early, communicating them to project leads and managers. Additional responsibilities include supporting communication, data quality, process reliability, and system integrity, as well as documenting procedures, policies, and guidelines needed for smooth daily operations.
