ABOUT OUR AGENCY :

I opened my agency in 2000, and today I lead a dedicated team of three, with plans to grow by adding two or three more talented individuals. Before opening my agency, I worked as an Agency Manager and previously in Claims, so I bring a deep understanding of the business from multiple sides. State Farm has truly been part of my life from the very beginning my father was also an agent, and that family legacy continues to drive my passion for helping people protect what matters most.

Community involvement is a huge part of who we are. Im an active member of the Kiwanis Club and regularly participate in volunteer events aimed at strengthening and supporting our local community. ROLE DESCRIPTION :

Phil White - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
