Schedule : Full-Time 8s, 10s, 12s

On-call / Callback : 1 week per month required with 1 weekend call can be in house or at hotel 30 min reporting time

Procedures : Ortho, Vascular, Neuro, OB, peds, Regional, Thoracic, Urology, GYN

EMR system : EPIC

Supervising CRNAs 1 : 4 Ratio No Medical Direction Required

Credentialing : 14 days for temps and 45 days for full privileges
