Youll play a crucial role supporting enterprise customers using next-generation AI tools built for software developers and engineering teams. What Youll Do

Serve as the first line of technical response for customer issues involving deployment performance or product use.

Diagnose reproduce and resolve issues using your knowledge of AI systems distributed computing and programming.

Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate track and close complex issues efficiently.

Document insights solutions and recurring issues to improve internal knowledge and customer experience.

Test new releases across multiple IDEs languages and environments; automate parts of QA and support workflows.

Contribute to the design of scalable processes and support systems as the company continues to expand.

Who You Are

2 years in a full-time technical or engineering role.

Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.

Strong programming skills in Python Java or Go .

Experience with distributed computing containerization and orchestration tools (Docker Kubernetes Linux).

Excellent problem-solving organizational and communication skills.

Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and eager to learn quickly.

Passionate about AI machine learning and large language models hands-on experience is a plus.
